Junior Paralegal The candidate will join the Appellate Group. Will handle appellate and Supreme Court filings, conduct research for briefs, and draft research memoranda. Responsibilities encompass: legal research, analysis, and proofreading of briefs and documents; client development analysis and preparation of strategic materials; and appellate filings, cite-checking, and formatting. Should have a strong academic background, some professional experience (government, business, legal, journalism, education, public policy, or similar), and excellent time management skills. Bachelor's degree required. ABA Certified Paralegal Certificate preferred. Proficiency in the use of software, including Word and Excel is needed.
