Part-time State Managing Attorney The candidate will manage a litigation practice focused on debt collections. Will serve as a state law expert. Apprise the law firm of any law or legislative changes affecting the collection industry. Create, review and maintain state specific documents. Attend court hearings as needed. Provide daily support to attorneys. Assist with creation of training materials and training of attorneys. Build and maintain client relationships. Provide input on sales opportunities. Must have 3+ years of experience in credit and collections litigation. Valid State Bar license in Colorado is required. Exclusively represent creditors in collection litigation.
