Family and Criminal Law Attorney The candidate will be drafting pleadings and settlement agreements. Will be assisting to prepare and respond to discovery requests; Court appearances; Corresponding with clients, attorneys, and experts; Assisting with client billing & collections; Other responsibilities as assigned. Should have excellent legal research skills; Excellent writing and grammar. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Should have attention to detail; Organization skills; Professional demeanor. Must be able to work autonomously with minimal direction; Professional appearance, including no visible tattoos, no facial piercings, and natural looking hair color. Should have graduated from an ABA credited law school and will be a member of the California State Bar. Prior law firm experience preferred.
