Seeking Bankruptcy Attorney with experience in bankruptcy law and/or plaintiff-side work. Candidate will review and evaluation of asbestos personal injury trust claims and briefing and argument in the alternative dispute resolution of trust claims. Will include bankruptcy law-related matters such as motions for relief from stay, working with trustees in personal bankruptcies, and tracking bankruptcy proceedings. Admission to State Bar or excellent opportunity for those awaiting Bar results or have decided not to pursue admission to a State Bar. An exceptionally strong work ethic, the ability to multitask and excellent communication and analytical skills are required.
