Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for initial consultation with potential clients. Will approach to determine which chapter of bankruptcy is best, or other non bankruptcy option. Must be able to establish rapport and credibility with potential clients and court personnel quickly. Must have excellent communication, listening and presentation skills. Should have knowledge of the Bankruptcy Process and Code. Will be attending 341 meeting of creditors, resolving objections and confirmation hearings. Must be willing to handle large caseloads of actual files for both chapter 7 and chapter 13. Networking for new client acquisitions is required. Bankruptcy Law experience required.
