Immigration Attorney The candidate will provide legal advice to clients and potential clients, represent clients before the immigration courts and Board of Immigration Appeals, research legal issues related to immigration law, draft motions and briefs, communicate with clients, attend hearings, client testimony preparation, collect and gather evidence in support of various immigration applications, draft statements in support of applications for relief, draft appellate briefs, and submit affirmative applications to USCIS. Should have 1-2 years of immigration law experience. Licensed attorney in any state and in good standing with the licensing board. Must be organized, thorough, and able to work independently. Advanced skills with MS Word, Excel, and internet research on Lexis Advanced and other related sites are required. Must have excellent communication, research, and writing skills. Should be fluent in English and Spanish (read/write/speak).
