Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant/Paralegal The candidate cases would include pre-litigation personal injury cases, product liability and other third-party liability claims. Will typically answer client calls, speak with adjusters regarding claims, and work with attorneys regarding personal injury claims. These include slip and falls, car accidents, and construction accidents. Will be working a pre-litigation case load. Experience required. Paralegals are expected to handle every aspect of a personal injury claim from beginning to end along side an attorney. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Should have personal injury experience. Litigation experience is preferred.
