Litigation Paralegal The candidate should possess knowledge of electronic filing both in state and federal courts and have extensive experience in computer applications including electronic discovery. Strong communication skills and excellent grammar and proofreading skills also a must. Must have either NALA certification, Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP), or a paralegal certificate or degree from an accredited paralegal program.
