Immigration Paralegal The candidate will support the attorneys in preparing and submitting petitions to the federal immigration courts, USCIS, NVC and family courts. Prior immigration experience in family based petitions and alien relative based petitions (I-130), adjustment of status (I-485), citizenship (N-400), application to replace permanent resident card (I-90), application for employment authorization (I-765), consular processing, VAWA (I-360), and waiver applications etc. is a must. Experience in removal proceedings, cancellation of removal, asylum applications, and U Visas a plus. Should have 2-3 years of experience in immigration. Should be Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and oral. Should have advanced communication and writing skills for interacting with clients and drafting, proofreading, and editing court documents and correspondence.
