Associate Attorney The candidate must be a corporate associate with 2+ years of experience in private practice. Should have graduated in the top third of law school class, have transactional experience, and have a desire to work on projects in multiple industries. Should preferably have experience in mergers and acquisitions, securities, tax, and commercial real estate matters. Experience in technology transactions (such as software licensing) and intellectual property is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law. LL.M. degree in taxation, CPA license, or MBA degree is also a plus.
