Corporate Associate Attorney The candidate must be a business associate attorney with 3+ years of experience with general corporate, M&A transactions and other complex debt and equity transactions. Should preferably have a strong academic and legal background. Experience should include forming entities, providing due diligence in mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, commercial agreements and corporate documents, processing and negotiating finance documents.
