Intellectual Property and Patent Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in Intellectual Property and Patent Litigation, and hold a four-year B.A. or B.S degree. Some responsibilities include the drafting of various legal documents, case management, assisting with E-discovery, and trial preparation. International Trade Commission Hearing and/or IP Trial experience is strongly preferred and must be comfortable using EDIS. Must be a self-starter, have strong oral and written communication skills, excel in client-service, and have excellent organizational skills. Must also be proficient in litigation process and terminology. Experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and document management systems preferred.
