Paralegal The candidate will support two intellectual property attorneys in all phases of the firm s practice including patent practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, patent trials before the United States Patent and Trademark Office Patent Trial and Appeal Board, litigation support of patent-related proceedings in U.S. Federal District Court, trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, technology transfer, and preparation of intellectual property agreements and intellectual property-related opinion. Must be experienced patent paralegal.
