Associate Attorney - Family Law The candidate will be assisting with drafting legal documents including motions and pleadings relating to the dissolution of marriage and paternity. Assisting with the discovery process by administering depositions, issuing interrogatories, and reviewing documents. Negotiating settlements. Handling evidentiary hearings and trials. Performing legal research. Conducting initial consultations with potential clients. Meeting strict deadlines. Meeting billable hour requirements. Should be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. Should have a JD from an accredited law school. Should have 2+ years of family law, criminal, and/or litigation/trial experience. Should be a driven self-starter with excellent analytical and writing skills, exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills. Should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills. You aggressively represent your client's interests
