Staff Attorney - Special Education The candidate will be research various factual and legal issues and collaborate with senior attorneys about strategies; Draft memoranda, complaints, discovery demands and responses, reply briefs, etc.; Represent our clients in disputes, board meetings and/or represent at hearings. Experience or knowledge in special education law preferred. Must have admission to NYS bar. Must have a professional, cooperative, positive and flexible attitude. Military experience a plus.
