Health Care/Nonprofit Attorney The candidate should have at least three(3) years of experience in health care regulatory matters (including Stark, Anti-Kickback, and HIPAA compliance) and related corporate transactional work. Must have exceptional writing ability, demonstrated experience with counseling both nonprofit and for-profit health care and human service organizations, and a defined vision of their role as a legal advisor. Portable business is a plus. Must possess strong organizational and communication skills, an aggressive work ethic, and excellent judgment.
