Land Use and Labor Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary Duties: Assisting attorneys with case investigation and management, preparing case summaries and client reports and interacting with public agencies. Administrative tasks include creating tables of authorities and tables of contents, formatting, filing with various courts, ensuring proper service of documents, calendaring and organizing files. The candidate must have: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Well organized and able to prioritize in a fast paced environment. Ability to work independently and cooperatively supporting multiple attorneys. Ability to multi-task and be a team player. Excellent word processing skills with an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Experience in land use planning, construction project management, real estate or database management are a plus.
