Employment Litigation Attorney The candidate will litigate a total of 10-20 FLSA, ADA, FMLA and Title VII lawsuits simultaneously. Leverage technology to be highly efficient. Leverage data to have advantages in negotiation and legal practice. Work independently to litigate cases supported by a legal assistant. Mentor legal assistants and paralegals to be able to take over some responsibilities. 1+ years post-J.D. employment law experience required. Worked on at least 5 FLSA or FMLA litigations required. Current member of the Florida Bar in good standing with no discipline history required. Demonstrably technologically inclined required. Highly proficient in Word and Excel required. Should have done any coding. Excel Macros, Python, HTML, etc. Should have inside sales experience. English-Spanish bilingual required.
