Commercial Litigation Paralegal The candidate responsibilities include legal research, reviewing and summarizing medical records for attorneys, expert witness research, organizing electronic and physical files, and various other litigation functions. Work with Litigation Support Department and clients to ensure discovery is completed in accordance with rules governing E-Discovery. 3-5 years of experience in a law firm litigation practice required. Experience managing and reviewing large document collections using E-Discovery platforms such as Relativity or other similar program is required. Familiarity with transcript management and trial presentation software is a plus. Familiar with Microsoft Office/Word and Excel.
