Transactional Attorney The candidate will work closely with public agency staff to review, edit and draft transactional documents, prepare analysis and strategies in connection with the same and interface with regulators, developers, and elected officials. Should have 3+ years of relevant work experience in the areas of community development, Redevelopment Dissolution, affordable housing, and related financing. Experience in the areas of land use and zoning and the California Environmental Quality Act are strongly preferred. Must also possess excellent research, writing, organizational, and communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work both cooperatively and independently, as circumstances demand.
