Commercial Finance and Transactional Paralegal The candidate will be assisting attorneys with ordering and summarizing lien searches, conducting and summarizing intellectual property searches and filing intellectual property documents. Must have 3-5 years of experience. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required. A certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program is preferred. Must have 3+ years' experience with a transactional legal practice.
