Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will focus on client intake, pre-lit and litigation dockets. 2+ years of plaintiff s personal injury in Texas required. Spanish bi-lingual is preferred. Must be licensed in good standing with the State Bar of Texas. Should have knowledge of: Pre-lit demand negotiations; Litigation practice; and Written Discovery and Deposition practice. Must be organized and know how to present well.
