Attorney The candidate will work for the firm's product liability defense and commercial litigation practice. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience. Should have experience in discovery, legal research, motion/brief writing; deposition, and court appearances. Minnesota Bar admission is required. Preferred candidates will have exceptional writing skills; the ability to develop, foster, and maintain firm client relationships; effective time and project management skills; strong analytical abilities; and good worth ethic and desire to work as a trial attorney.
