Transactional Attorney The candidate will concentrate in areas of business and real estate law. Will be involved with matters pertaining to entity selection and formation; contract review, negotiation and drafting; real estate closings; and a variety of other business and real estate transactions. The candidate will have the opportunity to work within a dynamic and experienced team of transactional attorneys and given significant autonomy and opportunity to grow his/her practice area in one or more of the Firm s markets. The position requires a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school and license to practice law in the state of Illinois. Should have strong research, analytical and writing skills. Must have an academic background in business associations, uniform commercial code, contracts and/or tax. Should have excellent written and oral communication skills.
