Seeking Part time Attorney with 1+ years' experience in Civil Law Litigation. Candidate will handle clients first, helps the firm make and collect money, and assists the firm in developing new clients; and clients happy. Specific responsibilities will include case analysis and development, deadline management, research and drafting of all pleadings, motions and briefs. Must be a licensed California attorney and have courtroom experience. Spanish speaking and Immigration experience is a plus. Must be able to handle all stages of litigation and discovery involved in various types of Civil Law matters, and meet with prospective and existing clients, and maintain excellent client contact.
