Conducting and defending depositions. Preparing for and participating in mediations. Proactively and timely case communicating. Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution is required. Should have 1+ years of civil litigation experience, and relevant current employment strongly preferred. Should be licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas, and in good standing.
