Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist with all aspects of the plaintiff s personal injury cases. Should have a certificate from ABA accredited paralegal school with 2+ years of civil litigation (primarily personal injury) experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; and familiar with principles of legal calendaring (CCP and FRCP) and ECF and other courts electronic filing systems. Must be experienced with personal injury litigation.
