Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant Candidate will assist attorneys practicing criminal defense, employment litigation and personal injury, as legal secretary and office administrator. Duties will include answering telephones, greeting clients and vendors, significant interaction with clients, courts and opposing counsel, scheduling meetings, calendaring, preparing and mailing correspondence and pleadings, preparing motions and other pleadings for filing, e-filing in state and federal courts, interfacing with vendors, requesting medical and other litigation records, e-file and paper file preparation and organization, entering attorney hours for billing, sending invoices to clients, processing credit card payments, scanning, faxing. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook, friendly, self-motivated, professional and approachable.
