Family and Personal Injury Law Paralegal Candidate will be managing case load, substantive legal drafting of Motions and Pleadings, Responding to Discovery, and drafting demand letters, Managing deadlines and Attorney scheduling etc. Prior experience in a law firm handling family law and Personal Injury is a must. Creole or Spanish speaker is a plus. Paralegal certificate is a plus. Must be efficient, organized, task oriented, and has the ability to follow instructions.
