Workers' Compensation Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include: detailed management of the files utilizing a case management system; experience working with Microsoft Office, Adobe and other related software programs; reviewing, analyzing and summarizing medical records, investigation materials and other legal documents. Should have 2+ years of experience managing all types of plaintiff's workers' compensation cases and personal injury cases. Must be knowledgeable, organized, detail-oriented, dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Knowledge of the litigation process in Virginia is desired. The ability to work independently with minimum supervision is also required.
