Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have personal injury experience, but 2 year of litigation experience is required. Must have strong organizational and communication skills and enjoy attention to detail. Should be experienced with conducting legal research, shepardizing cases, preparing motions, Orders, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses and trial exhibits. Must also be familiar with law firm administration, including working knowledge of Office 365 (specifically Word and Excel), Quickbooks and billing software, as well as State and Federal efiling.
