Attorney - Real Estate (Residential and Commercial) Candidate will assist with all aspects of our title and closing services including; title searches, purchase and sales drafting and review, title review, title clearance, conducting closings and recording documents. Must have: Admission to the bar in the State of Connecticut and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 2+ years' experience reviewing title searches and handling residential real estate transactions preferred. Strong experience in title insurance underwriting, curative and claims. Ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner in a fast paced environment. Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing. Ability to work both independently and contribute in every aspect to a team in order to reach goals and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs. Experience with ResWare title and closing software a plus.
