Associate Attorney The candidate will file review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action. Perform extensive legal research and drafting of substantial briefs, memos, pleadings and appellate briefs. Regularly represent clients in court, at arbitrations and in depositions. Draft and respond to discovery. Retention of and collaboration with expert witnesses. Trial preparation and trial attendance. Should have 3+ years of experience in insurance defense and bad faith claims. Must have J.D degree from an ABA-approved law school. Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania; other states a plus. Must have solid research abilities and written and oral communication skills.
