Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have experience in litigation of personal injury lawsuits. Should have experience in drafting and filing complaints, discovery documents, various motions and pleadings, be familiar with the litigation process and Alafile. Will work with one or two attorneys, managing their calendars and litigation cases. Prior pre-litigation personal injury experience in setting up insurance claims, preparing demands, and requesting medical records preferred. Note: Contract job.
