Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be communicating with clients, insurance adjusters, medical and other providers. Preparing all pleadings, responses and discovery materials. Assisting with all aspects of trial preparation. Experience with NEEDLES case management system, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel helpful. Past Plaintiffs experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Will work directly with attorneys and have direct contact with clients. Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, with excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills. Personal Injury paralegal experience is required.
