Associate Attorney Plaintiff's Injury/Litigation The candidate will join three primary divisions: Personal Injury; Litigation and Business. Will work primarily in one division, or multiple, which may include drafting of pleadings, discovery, drafting and reviewing of various contracts and document types, legal research including case law research, government agency policies & procedures, document form & filings under pressure. Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Direct and oversee the work of Case Managers, Paralegals or other support staff; Assess and prioritize tasks in order to forecast and meet deadlines timely; Accurately track time and expenses and assign such to the proper client; Communicate effective and efficiently and be able to collaborate and work with a team. Should preferably have 1-3 years experience. Familiarity with California laws and procedures preferred.
