Professional Liability and Trucking/Transportation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of litigation experience, working with insurance companies on large litigation cases. Proficiency with CM/ECF filing (Federal and State); and experience with billing and ABA task codes. Ability to work closely with clients and other team members. Experience in personal liability and personal injury areas a plus. Bachelor s degree and paralegal certificate from an ABA approved program preferred but experience will be considered. Must have experience working with ProLaw
