Paralegal - Litigation The candidate must have 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, personal injury. Experience in insurance defense or plaintiff work is preferred. Experience drafting and editing personal injury documents with attorney input. Experience working with medical records and creating medical chronologies. Medical background is a plus. Paralegal certificate or degree is required. Should have a positive, hard-working attitude and be a self-motivated team-player.
