Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist lawyer with multiple duties on personal injury litigation pre-litigation/commercial cases. Preparing Pleading documents (Original Petitions, Motions, Notices, etc.); E-filing; Managing attorneys litigation calendar (depositions, hearings, trial settings, etc.; Scheduling depositions; Preparing client(s) for their depositions; Preparing files for Mediation; Keeping clients informed by maintaining contact & communicating case progress; Answering (responses/objections) Discovery; Propounding Discovery; Reviewing all incoming/outgoing Discovery. Must have at least 5-10 years experience. Spanish is preferred.
