1st Party Property Attorney The candidate must be able to manage a significant case load, demonstrate exceptional knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial, and provide superior client service. Must possess strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills. Must have extensive experience taking and defending depositions. Should have 3+ year s civil litigation experience, specifically in either the area of Property Insurance Litigation (plaintiff side). Experience with either the State Attorney's or Public Defender's Office is a plus. Possess extensive knowledge and experience in first party property claims and litigation. Should be skilled in evaluating cases. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
