Litigation Paralegal Duties : Will focus on management of significant volume of litigation and pre-litigation personal injury files. Collecting medical bills/records. Reviewing medical records and drafting demand letters. Calling clients for information. Perform administrative duties (calendar deadlines, organize case files, draft letters, etc.). The candidate should have 1-5 years experience in personal injury, discovery, and/or medical bill and record collection. Great client communication. Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Word.
