Associate Attorney Candidate will Handle Criminal and Personal Injury Cases. Duties will include both District and some Circuit Court criminal, and litigation of personal injury cases from origination and from referrals. Must have 3+ years of legal experience including some experience in personal injury and criminal cases. Experience in family law and civil justice cases are also a plus. Must be licensed in Maryland, and either have a Bar card or be eligible to attain one. Being eligible to practice in federal court is also a plus. Must be able to use MDEC filing software and have familiarity with case management software.
