Litigation Paralegal The candidate should preferably have 2-3 years of experience in litigation, trial preparation, litigation maintenance, document management, calendaring, etc. Certificate of completion from an ABA-approved Paralegal program is required. Must have knowledge of construction defect law and complex litigation. Exceptional organizational, computer and technical skills needed. Must have experience with case management and trial preparation. Must have computer proficiency. Must possess strong grammar, spelling and editing skills. Experience with filing procedures is required. Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills needed. Must have experience conducting investigations and legal research. Must be proficient drafting of discovery requests and responses, correspondence and pleadings. Must be knowledgeable and experienced with depositions and interrogatories.
