Mass Tort Paralegal The candidate will prepare and complete written discovery - both traditional written discovery and Plaintiff Profile forms. Review medical records and thoroughly vet claims. Draft complaints, motions, and e-File documents in the Court. File cases in federal jurisdictions in Texas and other states. Conduct research to support a legal proceeding. Clearly detail and document all information in our case management software program. Provide excellent client service and communicate. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and a professional appearance. Should have 2+ years personal injury or mass tort paralegal experience. Ability to follow documented processes and procedures to assist attorneys with pre-trial case management for high-volume caseloads. Should have ability to prioritize and multitask. Should be proficient in all MS Office applications, Should preferably have experience and willingness to file cases in Federal Court. Strong consideration will be given to those with experience filing in various Federal Courts. Should preferably have Paralegal certification.
