Patent Attorney The candidate will be responsible for evaluating invention disclosures, drafting and prosecuting patent applications, and conducting freedom to operate analyses in the areas of small molecule pharmaceuticals and/or biotechnology for clients ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Should be registered to practice with the USPTO and have an advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Organic Chemistry, Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or a related field with a strong academic record. Must have 3+ years of experience and a background in biotechnology or organic chemistry.
