Associate Attorney Responsibilities: Represent secured creditors, banks, and mortgage services in foreclosure actions/mediations/and evictions. Review Foreclosure and Eviction documents. Draft various motions and written responses. Review and address court and attorney correspondence. Interpret laws, legislation or regulations. Requirements: Bar license in MD, multi barred a plus with VA and/or DC. 2+ years A?A experience in real estate litigation and/or foreclosure experience. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work meticulously to ensure quality of work. Ability to manage heavy workloads and projects.
