Legal Secretary/Assistant The candidate will do Transcription and scheduling. Will work on Maintaining calendars. Creating legal documents. Maintain court dockets and rosters. Answer phone. Provide support to Paralegals and Attorneys as requested. Other duties as assigned. Must have 3+ years experience working in a law firm. Thorough understanding of the litigation process is essential. Knowledge of court and administrative hearing rules and procedures is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc ) and other legal software applications is essential. Must have professional demeanor, excellent communication and computer skills. Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail is essential. Team member who participates in shared office duties and requirements is essential.
