Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate will be responsible for a public defense caseload and must be familiar with all phases of criminal law practice related to public defense in Washington County Oregon, from initial client meeting through trial. Must be a current member of the Oregon State Bar. Must have trial experience with C Felony criminal defense. Should have 2+ years of experience with a full time public defense organization or District Attorneys office, or have 5 years of experience in private practice with a focus on criminal defense.
