Immigration Attorney The candidate will be preparing diverse immigration applications, including employment-based and family-based immigration petitions. Facilitating the consolidation of documents and information from clients during the preparation process. Corresponding and maintaining regular communication with existing clients with regard to active cases. Corresponding with government agencies. Must have experience in the following areas: Work permits; Green cards, including employment-based and family-based cases; Naturalization/citizenship. Should have solid writing ability, case management skills, and be licensed to practice law in any state.
