Litigation Paralegal The candidate will have direct responsibility for their own caseload in close collaboration with attorney. Must have general civil litigation experience in both State and Federal Courts, DCS and civil rights experience is also desired. Will work on drafting discovery, managing deadlines, drafting demand letters and correspondence, preparing legal documents and court filings while taking ownership/exercising initiative. Spanish fluency is an added plus. Should have a proven track record. Should have 3+ years of experience.
